Welcome to taking the first big step in becoming Intentionally Empowered.
If you find yourself here on this page, it is no accident. There is something within you that is calling for you to begin your personal healing journey. It is time to explore the shadows of the past and begin moving towards more joy, self love, and personal peace.
I have personally walked this journey. After seven years of therapy, I just was not finding the internal peace my soul was calling for. I had the basics, I understood why I felt the way I felt, but I just was not getting the tools I needed to make positive movements forward.
That is when I followed my heart and found my mentor. She showed me how to do the work and gave me the tools to continue healing and growing on my personal journey.
I loved this work so much, I decided to begin to embark on becoming a mentor myself. I have the hearts desire to show other women how to empower themselves and take ownership of their personal healing journey. Nothing brings me more joy than to see a woman move through their shadow aspects into their personal empowerment of the present.
